Welcome to coverage of Diversity Week! I’m David Porter, the new Executive Director of the Walter Kaitz Foundation. One of the highlights of the week will be our latest Supplier Diversity Workshop. If you’re not aware, Kaitz has been doing these workshops for seven years, gradually expanding them to take place during The Cable Show, SCTE’s Cable-Tec Expo and Diversity Week. The event provides an opportunity to foster connection between the cable industry and the minority and women-owned business community.
